Through its website and workshop, courses, seminars and presentations (“courses”), Results Coaching Pty Limited (“Results Coaching Pty Ltd”) provides you with access to a variety of resources, content, precedents, publications, audio and video recordings, products and product information (called “Results Coaching Pty Ltd Services”). The website and Results Coaching Services Pty Ltd are protected by the laws relating to Intellectual Property and in particular copyright.
All right, title and interest (including copyrights and other intellectual property rights) in Results Coaching Services Pty Ltd belong to Results Coaching Pty Ltd. You acquire no ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights or proprietary interest in Results Coaching Services Pty Ltd.
LIMITATION OF USE OF RESULTS COACHING SERVICES PTY LTD
Results Coaching Services Pty Ltd are made available for your personal use and for use in the ordinary course of your business and expressly forthe purposes of your own or your employee’s personal or professional development. Other than provided herein, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, information, software, products or services obtained from Results Coaching Pty Ltd Services. Nor may you record any of Results Coaching Pty Ltd’s courses by audio, visual or any other means.
As a condition of your use of Results Coaching Pty Ltd Services, you will not use Results Coaching Pty Ltd Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices contained in Results Coaching Services.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Prices of products and services are subject to change. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. All purchases of products and services from Results Coaching Pty Ltd are subject to GST which amount is shown when ordering Results Coaching Pty Ltd Services.
Payments for all workshops, seminars, course or presentations (“courses”) are to be made in full within 7 working days of the date of the course. No refunds will be issued if attendance at the course is cancelled within 7 working days of the date of the course.
Results Coaching Pty Ltd accepts credit and debit cards, Pay pal and EFT payments. If a credit or debit card is being used for a transaction, Results Coaching Pty Ltd may obtain a pre-approval from the issuing company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Results Coaching Pty Ltd accepts the following types of debit and credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
Please note, Results Coaching Pty Ltd is unable to accept credit or debit cards issued by banks outside of Australia or prepaid gift cards issued by credit card companies. Cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.
PRIVACY
While Results Coaching Pty Ltd takes reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to or use of personal information and confidential information, the use of electronic communications and electronic data storage systems means that there remains a possibility that such information may be accessed by unauthorised persons.
